No Gi Jiujitsu Techniques

James Brown pass from X-guard position techniques from NorthBay Jiujitsu No Gi class (10 a.m.) by Chris Cashman. I only attended the last half an hour of the class. Thanks to my training partner, Izzy!

Pushing the toe down, stepping toward the person to regain balance (not straight like the train track), scooping the arm while sitting heavy on the hip, then swinging the leg over the head. It feels like making a split!
