My Jiujitsu Diary
I began my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey at NorthBay Jiu-Jitsu in April 2023. Since then, I've earned four stripes on my white belt. I train 3–4 times a week, but often struggle to remember all the techniques! To aid my memory, I've created a "diary" where I review and reinforce the techniques, helping to ingrain them in both my muscle and brain memory. This blog serves as my personal notes—I can't vouch for its complete accuracy, but I hope you find it enjoyable! 😊
